What you accept, one question at a time.
We asked Chataily what anyone would ask before subscribing. Every answer comes with a short version to understand it and, under it, the fine print, which is what counts.

What am I agreeing to when I use Chataily?
An agreement between you and Chataily. If you use the service, you accept it.
Fine print
These Terms of Service govern your use of chataily.com, its apps and the services offered by Chataily LLC, registered in Wyoming under number 2026-002085122 ("Chataily", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the service, even without signing up, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What is Chataily, exactly?
One chat to talk to the best-known AIs. We aren't the companies that make them.
Fine print
Chataily gives you access, from a single conversation and with a single subscription, to artificial intelligence models made by third parties, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), DeepSeek, Llama (Meta) and Mistral. In Automatic mode we choose the model that answers each message; you can also choose it yourself or compare several.
Those names and brands belong to their owners. Chataily is none of those companies and doesn't act on their behalf. We may add, update or remove models when a provider changes its terms or stops offering them; if we remove one, we tell you in the app first.
What do I need to have an account?
Being 18 or older and keeping your sign-in safe. One account per person.
Fine print
To use Chataily you must be at least 18, or the minimum age your country's law sets if it is higher.
Your account is personal and can't be transferred. You are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your sign-in safe. If you think someone got in without your permission, write to us right away at support@chataily.com.
Can I trust what the AI answers?
For almost everything, yes, but it can be wrong. Check what matters and don't use it as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
Fine print
Answers are generated automatically by an AI model. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and two models may answer the same question differently.
Answers are not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Check them before making important decisions. You decide how to use them and are responsible for that use.
Who owns what I write and what I get back?
Yours. We only use it to get you the answer, and we don't train any AI on your chats.
Fine print
What you write, attach or ask for ("your content") stays yours. To the extent the law and each provider's terms allow, so do the answers you receive.
You allow us to store your content and send it to the model that answers, only to provide the service. We don't use your conversations to train AI models, nor do we let providers do so. [CONFIRM WITH EACH PROVIDER'S CONTRACT]
Is there anything I can't do?
Yes: nothing illegal, nothing that harms others, and no reselling your account.
Fine print
You must not use Chataily for anything illegal; to harass, deceive or impersonate other people; to create content that exploits or endangers minors; or to develop malware or cyberattacks.
Nor may you resell or share access, scrape data automatically or try to get around the service's limits or protections. Each model also has its own usage rules, which apply too. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
How much is it and how am I charged?
USD 29.99 a month, taxes and every AI included. It renews on its own until you cancel.
Fine print
The subscription costs USD 29.99 a month and includes every available AI. The price already includes any applicable taxes, so what you see before paying is what you pay.
It is charged in advance and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by TailoredPay; we never see or store your full card number. If we change the price, we tell you 30 days ahead and you can cancel before it applies.
Is there a message limit?
It's generous, but not endless. If you get close to the limit, we tell you before you reach it.
Fine print
To keep the service fair for everyone, we apply reasonable usage limits, such as a maximum number of messages per period and a maximum size for attached files.
We tell you in the chat before you reach a limit. Some models have stricter limits of their own; when you reach one, you can carry on with another included AI.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in two clicks. You keep using it until the end of the month you already paid for.
Fine print
You can cancel at any time from Settings › Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and aren't charged again.
When you are entitled to a refund is explained in our Refund Policy.
If something goes wrong, who is responsible?
We do our best to keep everything working. If it fails, at most we refund what you paid in the last 12 months.
Fine print
We offer the service "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running at all times, but there may be interruptions, especially when an AI provider has problems.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it. Nothing here limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
Can these rules change?
Yes, but we tell you beforehand and never backdate a change.
Fine print
We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it applies. The version and date in the pinned message above always describe the text in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For any question, write to us at support@chataily.com.
Read to the end
There's nothing hidden further down.
If anything still sounds like fine print, ask us and we'll explain it in plain words. A person answers, not an AI.
